1. 5% GST Included.
2. *Repeater-Umrah Visa second entry fees Sr 2000/- will be applicable as per Saudi Govt instruction at the time of visa stamping.
3. Each group should have four person otherwise share with other group
4. NO difference in price shall be collected or refunded due to any fluctuation of currency & Airfare.

8. Rooms in Makkah & MadinaH Hotels are normally as follows:
           Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 3 Normal Beds, Quad Room = 3 Normal             Beds + 1 Extra Bed & Quint Room = 3 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds.
9. The tour costs are based on SAR @ BDT.23.00/.
10. Unutilized services are NON – REFUNDABLE.

Booking Policy

1. Pay a minimum of 30,000/- per person to Book your tour
2. Balance amount to be paid 10 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
3. Book through Cash/Cheque /Demand Draft. All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
4. If your booking is routed through our Booking Centre the tour cost will remain the same as applicable. If at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should directly          reach our head           office at Paltan, Dhaka only against our official receipt. If you     don’t follow the above            mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company           shall not be responsible for your      

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

1. BDT 8000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
2. 50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 10 to 20 days before departure.
3. NO REFUND if cancelled within 5 days of departure.
4. Date Change Penalty BDT 5000/- per person PLUS other charges if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall

Requirement

1. Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages
2. 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
